This week the guys talk about the region playoffs tipping off in hoops and Leland recaps the HS wrestling. Mike Barber talks Hoos-Hokies and what to expect for both teams the rest of the way. The guys also dive into baseball rules, Machado, and NASCAR before telling you what's dominating their lives and what they know that you need to know.

This week Joe and Leland are talking HS hoops and wrestling. Mike Herndon comes on to talk about his playing days at Pitt and his relationship with Coach Casto. Joe also goes in depth about NASCAR for the Daytona 500 and a little soccer talk before Leland brings back to football and the AAF.
