Wilson Memorial Boys Basketball HC Jeremy Hartman joins Joe and Leland to talk about this season and the upcoming Region 3C Tournament for his Green Hornets. Joe and Leland quickly preview the matchups for all of Augusta County and Staunton schools in the boys and girls sides of the brackets.

This week the guys look ahead to the last week of district play in boys and girls basketball. Leland looks at wrestling and both Joe and Leland are excited about VT's big win over UVA. Stuarts Draft AD Steve Hartley joins the podcast to talk about what his year has been like and give the guys some insight on the Stuarts Draft athletic program. To close out the guys talk about their most painful memories as fans.

Joe and Leland recap another week of HS hoops where Wilson and Fort stand a top the standings in both Boys and Girls basketball. Leland goes over some wrestling results as well. VT loses Radford and well things are not good for team's that Joe follows. Leland tries to brighten it up but Joe embraces the darkness.

This week the guys recap boys and girls hoops and preview a big week for Shenandoah District teams especially Fort on the hardwood. Leland goes in depth on wrestling and the guys talk some college hoops and NFL playoffs. Joe is sad about soccer and Leland is all about golfing in the winter.

Joe and Leland open up with the Hokies big win on the college basketball scene against Duke. UVA off to a hot start in the ACC as well. Then they briefly recap the CFP National Championship, and NFL Playoffs. Patrick Hite joins the guys to talk about Boys and Girls HS Hoops in the Shenandoah District, and the guys conclude the podcast talking about what's dominating their lives and what they know you need to know.
